How recently did you port over? Have you tried restarting your phone?

Today morning my sim was ported successfully everything is working fine i can send messages login to my ee account but i am not receiving text messages. Yes i have restarted my phone 3-4 times now .

We do recommend allowing up till midnight tonight for your port to fully complete.

If you are still experiencing this after the time frame provided please be sure to let us know.
