New sim not calling out

Hi,

ive just taken out a contract with EE and i have used a PAC code from my last provider to keep my number from my past contract. how long does it take for my PAC to be put into fluition and i am able to ring out from my phone or is there something im missing

A PAC is normally actioned the working day following submission, providing that's before 5.30pm

When did you submit your PAC?

around half 1 - 2pm uk time, the guys in the ee store did it

You've not said which day that was, but assuming today, then your number should port-in during tomorrow.

Easy way to remember for future is this:

PAC submitted Monday to Thursday before 5pm: Port completed by the end of the next day, so by 5pm it should all be working

PAC submitted on Friday,Saturday or Sunday are completed on Tuesday by 5pm
