Changing number to my old number

I’ve tried changing my number over to my old one since joining with you but it’s not working. Can I have some help please

@aimeerogers If your having issues using your PAC code call customer services and they’ll do this for you. Your number will not be migrated till Wednesday now as number ports don’t happen at the weekend and it’s a bank holiday weekend. It takes 24 hours to port a number.

Have you submitted your PAC? Or do you need to submit it?
