    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp; There is a delay in porting my number from 02 to EE.&amp;nbsp; Have spoken to several customer advisers and each tells me something different .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Told Monday it would be immediate when new sim&amp;nbsp; inserted by 3 different people&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;promised it would be by 7 am today Thursday.&amp;nbsp; Now told could be Tuesday&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;We are elderly, disabled and my Husband is ill&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It is causing us such stress&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was told this morning one story and later today another.&amp;nbsp; They Have had the PAC since Monday as it was done when on the phone to customer service.&amp;nbsp; No one will say why it is taking so long.&amp;nbsp; One person said they were doing them manually but another advisor said they knew nothing about that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please anyone in EE can you help me.&amp;nbsp; It is vital we have his number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
