How do I get my puck code to unlock my sim

I can’t find away to unlock my sim as need a puck code can someone help

@Merley14 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
