I have a mroblem. I have an ee account and an existing 3d phone but a pay as you go sim wasn’t working for me so I had a home call from ee to set up an account my previous sum didn’t seem to be working so I requested a new one and earlier on today a carer found a letter it turned out to be my new sim so I put that in my home and now I get the message there is no service on my phone. Because the sim isn’t working I can’t dial150 to get help so what do I do now my home phone isn’t connected yet and is also due to be provided by ee so I am a bit stuffed please help because I have a disability and could really do with my phone working

Hi there @IsnTurner

Thanks for coming to the community.

The new SIM card may need to be registered by our customer care team.

You can find ways to contact the team to get this looked into, on our get in touch page. This does include a message us option if you are unable to call.

Thanks.

Leanne.
