I've got a pac code from my mobile provider and I've put it into ee as I want keep my old number this is what it says

Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.

Hello there if you’re unable to add the PAC code online then the next best option is to ring CS up and give it to them and they will sort it out for you thanks
