Pay monthly phone. Need new sim

I have a pay monthly phone, my sim card has stopped wanting to work , I've tried cleaning, and making sure it's fitted properly. Also tried putting the sim into the sim slot 2. Just having no luck. How do I go about getting a new sim and swapping it all over to the new one. As don't want to be paying for data when I can't actually use it.

Take phone & old SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM by phoning CS for one for £1.50. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
