Wrong number change request sent to EE

I want to port a number from another network to EE. This will make my second EE number. Unfortunately, I made a wrong request on EE app.

Hi,

EE has just messed up my day. Despite calling 150 to inform about the error
in the request, the wrong number has been ported and the line is no more
working. This is a total service failure because the customer service
person that spoke with me had assure the error was corrected.

Could this be fixed immediately please?
