But I love to retain my giffgaff Number ***********

Welcome to the community,

This is a public forum and you have just placed all your personal details here, they need removing, this is also according to forum rules.

You can actually do this yourself, sign out, then click shop, where you can get a sim only deal or pay as you go. The SIM card will be sent to you by second class post, or if you are near an EE high street store, you can go there with ID and do it there.

You first need to log-out and then click on shop, and once you have your new SIM card from EE, then you give your PAC code to EE and your number will be transferred over. You will first receive a temporary number until the transfer is complete.

We don't have access to your account to move your number here on the community.

If you head over to our Transfer your number to EE page, you can see what you need to do to transfer your number to an EE SIM.
