No service

My daughters sim card has stopped working.

She can use wifi ok, but when not at home she gets a 'no service' message on her phone.

She cannot make or receive calls or texts.

I ordered a replacement sim card but it's the same problem with the new sim card.

We have tried the sim card in different locations and still no service.

My wife who is with EE and has no problems with her service.

Can anyone help?

Your description thus far, suggests a possible fault with your daughter's phone.

I would suggest trying a known working SIM in your daughter's phone, and also your daughter's SIM in a known working phone.

See if the fault follows the SIM or remains with the phone.
