Phone has been cancelled. I need to request a PAC to keep the same number if possible with a different network.

Phone was cancelled over a month ago. I don't have the facility to text or call on it. I am currently oversea ATM. I want to try and keep the same number on a different network when I am back in a couple of weeks.
