When my sim is put into my personal phone (iPhone 12 mini), I cannot make or receive calls, when I try to make calls it says call failed. I then swapped the SIM card with my son (he inserted his SIM into my phone and vice versa), he has an iPhone 13 Pro. When this is done both phones can make and receive calls.
