So, I finally managed to get a PAC code. I even found the form on the EE website to enter the code. However, it produces an. error every time I put in my EE number. It tells em that UK numbers begin '07'. Astonishingly, they do, yes. So why won't your online form accept my number?

The precise error message is: "Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.'

The usual advice here is to submit your PAC manually by calling EE CS on 150 or 0800 0798586

Thanks for this. Yes, I did that. It took seconds to sort out.

It seems that my EE SIM card somehow wasn't 'activiated' properly.

It's very disappointing that the process of switching with a PAC code actually needs phone calls. I think people just need to accept that.

I also had an issue getting the code from the network I was transferring from.
