&lt;P&gt;When you closed the plan did you advise the agent that you wish to move your number back to pay as you go?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The SIM should have remained active and services moved back to pay as you go.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I hope someone can help. I recently ported my number to EE and opened a sim only plan . I then closed my plan as I decided to go on a pay as you go pack. I then experienced no signal and called EE to order a replacement sim which was confirmed to be sent and I have no been left without a sim for almost a week and it hasn’t arrived plus it has my old number attached - can someone urgently help as I can’t order it off EE as my account is closed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, yes I advised them that I would be moving back on to payg plus they confirmed a replacement sim would be sent out as they ran through so diagnostics over the phone to establish I had a faulty sim but it's not arrived yet and its the only number I have &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 &amp;gt; option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
