    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no service for the last 2 days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we figured out that I had by accident set up an eSIM. Once I changed that I was told that my service would be up any running. &amp;nbsp;On about it says that network is not available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m paying a lot of money for a phone that I can’t use right now. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend a replacement SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you live near a &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;local EE Store&lt;/A&gt;? if yes, you can visit the store with photo ID and receive a new SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, please give us a call and our customer care team will be happy to get one ordered for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
