It just stopped working. I have not had a replacement can I? Or could you send me a esim? Code

I'd recommend speaking to our technical support team in case this is an account related problem rather than a SIM issue.

They'll be able to order you a new SIM, if needed.

If you need a replacement SIM, you can get one by speaking with our Mobile Care team or by popping into your nearest EE store.
