      <title>Problem activating eSim on new line.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;i recently opened an additional line and contact for a family member but the phone didn't come with any sort of SIM or eSIM nor was I emailed or swish why instructions. The new phone had nothing preloaded either so in the end, I requested a replacement eSim from the account page for the new line. The iPhone accepted the QR code but the eSim won't activate. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tried activating through instructions on the website but the activation assumes you still have the number active on another card? So I can't actually recurve the activation code? I'm so confused by all this, why on earth was the SIM not provided to me in the first place?!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On top of that, the new line was supposed to have an old phone number ported to it but I don't know if this whole krrfuffke has confused that proves now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;</description>
