Send a text to the old provider PAC to 65075 and you'll receive a code (you may need to verify your identity).

Then on MyEE, head to Account Settings and select Switch to EE. Then enter the PAC code and the number youd like to keep.

Youre then golden at this point and you play the waiting game. You may lose service during the transfer which is ok and is part of the swap. It can take up 2 days if on a non working day or after 5.30pm.
