Old ported no. Not showing when calling

Hi. I ported my old no. From Vodafone to ee. All up and running and showing my original no. On my ee account but when I call people my caller ID comes up on their phones as my ee no. that I was given before it ported to my original no. So the people I ring don't know its me. How can I sort this. Its a Samsung phone

The first thing you could try is using a different phone and seeing if you get the same issue. If not, it sounds like an issue happened during the porting process.

If that's the case, I'd speak to the old provider and explain what's happened and then talk to the EE Customer Services on 150.
