Hi, I ordered a new sim card for a sim pnly contract 7 days ago, but it still hasn't arrived. How can I chase delivery?

If you haven't received the sim still, then you can get in touch with the mobile care team by calling 07953 966 250 from any phone.

Alternatively, take some photo ID into an EE store and they will be able to give you a replacement.
