Hello,

I need help, please.
I have bought EE SIM card when I created bank account in UK. Now I am back in the Czech Republic (with my Czech mobile number of course) and I have a new mobile device and I needed to put my old UK SIM card into my phone to get SMS code to activate my UK bank account again and I have problem because my EE SIM card doesn’t work. No signal. Is possible that this SIM is blocked because it has not been used for a long time or due to Brexit and changing of charges between UK and Czech? If it is blocked, is possible to unblock it? I really need to get the SMS code to my UK number.

Thank you for any advices.

Tereza

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
