    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've bought an ee pre loaded&amp;nbsp; data only sim on amazon. When I plug the dongle in it flashes to say its connected to network but laptop says there is no net connection.&amp;nbsp; I've been to an ee shop but they couldn't help as they don't sell the sim I bought. Any suggestions.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to try the SIM card in a phone to see if a network signal shows?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you purchase the SIM card with a top up and data pack?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply. I can't try it in a phone. The dongle flashes to say its connected. It was bought with data pre loaded. I bought it on amazon as I'm registered disabled, for ease really. Its not really any use if I can't take it to an ee shop. I'll just put it down to experience. Get a card elsewhere.&amp;nbsp; Thanks again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Which dongle are you using?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it was purchased for use with another network, it may need some settings changing to work on EE.&lt;/P&gt;
