No SIM

My phone has a SIM card in it and it has never been opened and changed since I got it a year ago. It has now popped up with a NO SIM sign and isn’t letting me call ot receive calls. I have taken it out and put it back in, turned my phone on and off, put aeroplane mode on and off and it’s still not working

Hi @AsiaBrowne,

Have you tried cleaning the SIM with a dry cloth?

Have you checked the SIM tray for any debris?

@XRaySpeX That’s the SIM card slot hasn’t been opened in the last year.
