Trying to bring my old number over from Vodafone but i keep getting and error message saying

Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.

Spoke to Vodafone and their adamant the code is correct... spent days trying to sort this now.

@tom-hobbo97 Have you called EE customer services and gave them the code to port your number over ?

I've tried but just constantly on hold

Another option is to log into your My Vodafone and cancel the PAC code. Then generate a new one?
