      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon everyone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;brand new to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;had issues with my last provider for signal.data and all sorts. So they suggested I take my pac code and move… &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ordered myself a pay monthly sim only deal with EE. Received my SIM card today. Very quickly I may add!!!! 24 hours from order to home!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;do I just slot the sim into my phone and wait? There wasn’t any paperwork to say.. scan this.. do this.. text.. wait.. tadahhh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at home its ok. As I’m on Wi-Fi if I am needed by anyone for emergency. how long would it take to be fully set and my number across??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for any assistance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;another question I should of asked was&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will the sim automatically work on the network. Currently being told I’m not connected to the network and can not use Wi-Fi - again ok while I’m home - worried about being an emergency contact while in school with no mobile data .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should this resolve itself within the same time period as my number? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;or on my iPhone 12, previously with virgin. Do I need to reset/ change/ add something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;( my phone is unlocked to any provider)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning.. the coverage checker said all would be ok, inside and out for 4G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I shall do that when my work day is finished:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve done all the previous topic helps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on/ off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;data on / off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reset network setting .. then off .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im just baffled by it. I assumed it would work when my number goes across. Which is hasn’t yet. But it’s only been since 4pm yesterday ( Thursday) that I put the EE sim in my phone .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;x&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will need to speak with our account and billing team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to test call the EE number you have been given?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your number port wont be completed yet but you can use the temporary number provided until your port completes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

By the looks of it I get lovely signal but just no actual mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for clarifying who I need to speak to.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve used the sim to call and be called, all work fine, I can send and receive text messages. &amp;nbsp;I am still with the provided number which in itself isn’t a big deal. But I am really struggling without any mobile data, I’ve had my phone off, reset the settings, turned mobile data off and back on, reset all network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gotten home, and connected to Wi-Fi and all my notifications have come through. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;to add insult to injury, I had a text telling me my first bill will be 24/02/23.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which, in all honesty, has really angered me. As I’m going to be paying for something which is actually worse than the original provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;called the number which you suggested Katie, to be sent a text, and had to provide a text to explain what the problem is. So now waiting on that call back, while silently getting angry and frustrated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Praise the actual human that answered the phone to me and talked me down from a breakdown. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After trying everything… it was the configuration network profiles that were the problem.. and as soon as they were deleted.. my phone lit up!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;absolutely wonderful work from the team that have helped me!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and my number will change on Monday. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;happy Friday EE&lt;/P&gt;</description>
