Hi I purchased an EE sim card from supermarket and unable to register - rang Cs and the guy said the number it was cancelled 9 months ago and unable to reinstate. No way to get it back?

@vehiclesales888 You need to go back to the supermarket and inform them of this and request a refund. There is no way to get this working if the number has been deactivated,

If CS said it is deactivated then its not retrievable.
