I want to change my sim to EE but keep my old number

Hello,

I’ve been experiencing trouble retaining my old Lebara SIM number since I am planning to transfer the number to my EE SIM.

My PAC code is said to be valid from 28/01/2023 to 26/02/2023. (Lebara)

After doing the of process of keeping my old number, I would receive an error saying that my PAC code is incorrect. The error message I’d get after inputting my PAC code and old sim number is “Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.”

Please advise.
