I’ve recently ordered a new sim with yourselves but have discovered STAC code, can I provide the STAC code to yourselves even if I ordered the sim already?

Yes, you may provide a STAC at any time if you don't want to keep your old no.

@benrico : Try giving your STAC to EE using Fill out this quick form to (not) transfer your number .

I have a STAC CODE 200662. Can this now help me cancel my previous provider.

Hi @Beseritz12

You'll need to give EE your STAC if you wish to cancel with your previous provider and not retain your number.

You can do this by calling our customer care team.
