Number not transferring

Hi I am hoping someone is able to help me. I transferred from bt to ee approx 3 weeks ago & I thought all was fine with my phone number however when I send an sms it comes up with the ee phone number which is suppose to have transferred over but when I phone someone it uses the correct phone number (my bt) I have checked my message settings and it only gives me the option to send and receive to the ee number which I don’t use.

What phone are you using?

Are you able to make and receive calls?

I’m using an iPhone 11. Yeah I’m able to receive both calls and make calls. I also receive text messages it’s only when i send a text it sends on a different number.

If you go to Settings, then Phone, does your number display or is it a different one?

If it's a different one, can you change it to your number?

No it shows a different number, it allows me to change it but won’t allow me to save it. Rather strange it’s only outgoing messages and not calls that displays the wrong phone number.

I have the same problem

Having made an appointment at the EE store in Moorgate, London I went there today and the staff member was quite rude and knew nothing

Should I ring EE Community Support If so what is the number?
