Need to order a new smallest simcard+livechat last 3 hours appears offline

Hello.

I need to order a new simcard. I regularly switch mine between data router and two phones and its now eroded worse than a coastline, such that it's into the shiny metallic bit which has me a little concerned; I am however using it now.

I tried livechat and it[ee messaging facility] keeps saying its unavailable with their apologies.

1. I would like to/need to order a new smallest size simcard, soonest if possible as current one i think's about to cr#p out. Could an applicable EE employee please private message me with info requirements that I need to supply to them?

2. Is it possible to get two that function at the same time-one for router, one for phones so I wont have to finger press[lock] into router slot the sim[can leave it in there] to avoid this erosion occurring again?

You can't have 2 SIMs with the same no. if that's what you're thinking.
