E SIM intermittently no service

Hello, I have got a new phone and wanted to use the duel SIM option, however one of these had to be a E SIM, I got my e SIM set up with ee yesterday, once it registered it worked perfectly, I could use date, receive calls and text messages.

I got up today to find I have no service and this has been the case all day.

Any ideas of how to fix this as I need to be able to use this SIM.

My number has changed back to 00000000000
