ESim for month to month plan

Hi, I am studying abroad in the UK for the next 6 months. My iPhone from the US does not have a physical SIM card insert, so I was wondering if I would be able to activate and use an ESIM if I bought a month to month SIM card plan?

What do you consider a month to month SIM card plan? PAYG or a 30-day contract? You can't have eSIM on PAYG.

The plan I was currently looking at is: 5G plan 30 Day Essential SIM 25GB 1 months contract

Yes, you may convert to eSIM on that.
