do i need my physical ee sim card to activate e sim on my device?

Hi @Jeandakar.

You should be able to register an eSIM without having a physical one.

@ARTHUR_9990 You can only use an eSim if you’re a contract customer. If you are you can do this via the my EE app. Open the app and click the person icon top right of the screen. Then click Settings and Permissions and scroll down to Activate Sim/eSim then just follow the on screen prompts
