Transferred my number but it didn't change

I transferred my number from voxi to ee about a week ago but my number hasn't been changed and it said it would be transferred in 2-3 working days

Please help

No, my old SIM isn't working because it says that I had transferred my number.

What happens when people call or text the number?

If you make a call or send a text which number shows, the temporary EE number or the transferred number?

When I try calling my old number it says that ' you dialled the wrong number '. And when I diall my new number it goes through normally.

If you text NUMBER to 150, does the reply show the new EE number?

When did you provide the PAC?

When I text NUMBER to 150 it shows my new number. I provided the PAC the same day I wanted to get my number transferred ( around 1 -2 weeks ago)
