How can one move from An EE sim topup package to another Ee sim card but still remain with the same number. I Got a contract EE sim line from work and I would like to use it but I would like remain with the number iam Currently using (I dont want to change numbers) how can I go about this one. I have visited EE shop but they highlighted that they cannot help with that IL have to do it online or call 150.

At the same time 150 not being picked up.

Anyone to assist me please?

You need to call CS to request that your PAYG no. is moved to your contract SIM.

I have called but phones not being picked. Is there an alternative way to. Get hold of CS or have my pyn no moved to contract sim?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig.
