&lt;P&gt;The store will only accept a passport (from any country) or UK driving license.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can give us a call and ask for another SIM to be sent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I ordered a replacement sim on the 25th Dec because I lost my phone with it in and I'm unable to call 150 and other services because I no longer have a phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It said it would take 2 days but didn't come so I waited a bit since the post has had strikes and backlog over Christmas time and still hasn't arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also said that the price of the sim would be taken next time I top up so I'm not sure if your waiting on payment before sending the sim? I'm a pay as you go customer and really need the number back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just wondering if I should still be expecting it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you live near an EE store? They may be able to give you a replacement SIM card there and then, if you pop in.&lt;/P&gt;
