Can’t port number

I’ve been trying to port my number from three over to re but when I enter the re number I get a error saying it needs to start with 07 and it does I have tried so many times is there a fix

Hi @Jordzz420.

Can you check there isn't a space before the 07?

Hi Jon I tried that but couldn’t get through to anyone it’s important I get this number over as I can’t access my personal stuff without verification by sms my other sim broke that’s why I got to change

Were you calling 0800 079 8586?

This would be the best number to call if you aren't currently with EE.
