&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you may have swapped from the physical SIM to an eSIM, deactivating the old one in the process. If you would like to go back to a physical SIM, you will need to &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/getting-started-and-upgrading/activate-a-new-sim/what-is-a-sim-swap-and-when-should-i-do-this" target="_blank"&gt;order a replacement&lt;/A&gt;. If you live &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank"&gt;near an EE shop&lt;/A&gt;, they should be able to give you a replacement there and then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
