I ordered a new sim last week Monday and I still don't have a replacement, so I ordered another one and still nothing.. Can't live chat or call anyone because well.. I have no sim.. any ideas what to do I'm in desperate need

The problem is EE still use 2nd class post and in some places in the country there's a bit of a backlog of post, so it may take a while.

Can you get to an EE store with some approved Photo ID instead?

I didn't know you could go to a store to get a replacement sim.. I have photo ID but not bank card due to losing that.. how does the in store replacement work?

Hi @Will56

To get the replacement SIM card in store, you will need to provide valid photo ID. Our EE stores will accept a passport (from any country) or a UK photocard driving licence.

The store will go through everything else with you 🙂
