PAC code "in wrong format" but looks right to me!

I have just switched from BT to EE for 5 different family phones.

When I try and use the PAC codes from BT which are in the format 3 letters and then 6 numbers I get an error saying that the PAC code is in the wrong format and should be like ABC123456

I have made sure there are no spaces in front or behind the code.

I have tried two of the PAC codes so far and getting the same error.

The PAC Codes are only a couple of days old so shouldn't have expired.

Any ideas!

Hi @beccabug.

Can you try using another browser to see if this makes a difference?

If you still have the same problem, I'd recommend contacting our customer care team so they can complete this manually.
