Change my number to a phone number from a different provider

I have recently took out a new contract with EE but still have another contract with Vodafone. I want to disconnect my contract with Vodafone asap but to do this I’ve received a PAC code so I can transfer my Vodafone number over to my current EE contract and change the number to my old one. How do I do this?

@Kylehead : Once you've received your SIM from EE, get your PAC from your current network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
