What number do you call to report a stolen phone with an EE sim on a Saturday night? The 150 number is not working, offices are closed.

Thanks for coming here.

To report the phone as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen. The team are available 24 hours a day.

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.

Hi Leanne,

The lost/stolen menu options using the +44 7953966250 number told me the “office was closed” when I tried at 10.40pm last night, 07 Jan.

EE do not have a 24/7 lost or stolen helpline. If you do not believe me, I can send you the call recording EE have.

Hi Leanne,

the voice clearly stated that all lines were closed and to call back during business hours.

EE lost / stolen reporting via the 150 number or the +44 7953966250 number does not work out of hours, late at night at weekends.

So who do I contact if this happens again?

The line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please let me know if this happens again and if it does, if you have held past the office is closed message and does the call disconnect?

Hi Leanne,

As I’ve stated in my multiple replies, I’m advised to call back during business hours. Try it yourself ! Option for technical support, then lost/stolen. Utterly useless service from EE. Just tried again this eve. Out of hours lost & stolen requests are NOT possible 24/7.

I have lost my phone, and am trying to report it stolen with the number quoted above, but have been on hold for 30mins. How exactly am I supposed to report my phone stolen if you won't answer your calls. How is there not an option to report it stolen online. Will you please answer your damn phone
