@Ayub then you need to call customer services and request a replacement Sim card. You can also get your loss device blacklisted and the lost sim blocked.

To report the phone as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250.

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.

so you lose your phone, and to replace it you need to CALL someone. Without a phone.
