Hi David,

I'm having the same issue but when I click your link, I get the 404 error message. I already have a PAC code, i just need to somehow tell ee. Can you help?

@Cynthia23 : Once you've received your SIM from EE, get your PAC from your current network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
