SIM Transfer

Hi,

I switched 3 Sims from BT to EE. I received the Sims yesterday and tested them all out on my phone. They are on temporary numbers, so I am wondering when they transfer of my old numbers will take place and how do I know which sim will get what number?

@kennethmacleod The only way to find out which sim will receive which number is to have that Sim in a device and number ports take up-to 24 hours.

Thanks Chris,

Do I need to keep the temp sims in my phone or will I notice that my BT number stops working when the transfer has happened? Is there anything else I need to do on my side or just be patient?

Hi @kennethmacleod.

You will receive a text to each of the SIMs once your number port has completed.

Everything else will be done on our end.

Hi I have received an EE sim from BT. I was assured on the phone that the number would already be changed over to my old one. I have the pac code but I am unsure on what to do. Is there somebody I need contact?

Did you provide the PAC when you set up the EE contract?

When did you receive the EE SIM card?
