Hii im sorry but i order my own number the one be stoled a time ago and i just receive a chip with a different number like what is happening???? i need my old number not this omg i had work and a lot of things on at and now i just feel like the system for real need some repairs!!!!! this is strange! i order a chip with MY NUMBER! you make me lost time and money, i hate this! please provide my number the most fast you can! svp

@BeatrizZ Did you request a replacement SIM card ? Or did you just order a SIM card ?
