      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free. However EE will only send SIMs to UK addys &amp;amp; they need to be activated 1st on EE's home UK network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
