You can only have one SIM per number.

Are you asking about a "smart watch" such as Samsung or Apple?

@Galactica , watch comes with its own SIM card for billing purposes, but when making calls or receiving them, uses the one you have with your phone, you cannot clone SIM card for watch.

Once watch is paired with phone, then messages, calls etc, will show on watch and watch can be used same as you would a phone, practical if you do not have phone with you, or are out of range of phone when you have the cellular watch.
