    <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated my new SIM 2 days ago by making a call. I did just call 150 and they said the PAC code wasn't entered when creating the SIM. Handy!!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took out a new sim only deal just before Christmas, I filled in the PAC code when completing the order. SIM card arrived 2 days ago and the number has still not ported. I put the SIM card in 2 days ago and made a call which is what the live chat team told me to do to activate the new SIM but still nothing. Can you please help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrew&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The PAC is normally treated as submitted the day you activate your new SIM, and port-in occurs the following working day.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would recommend contacting EE C/S on 150 to check the status of your port-in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
